EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • You can raise a return request at https://account.tanira.co.in within 2 days of the delivery of the order. OR You can raise return request at supportservice@tanira.co.in within 2 days of the delivery of the order
  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are eligible for return 
  • For Gold product returns, please ensure that all freebies received with the order are returned along with the product.

Return/Exchange Conditions: 

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.  
  • An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.

Initiating a Return Request:

OPTION 1:

Submit a return request

-Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

-Sign in to your Account:

-In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

-In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email/SMS.

-Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

-Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

-If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

-Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

-Click "Request return".

OPTION 2:

You can raise return request at supportservice@tanira.co.in within 2 days of the delivery of the order

Provide Necessary Details(For both options):

-Return reason.
-Upload a minimum of two images.
-Specify the pickup address and date.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed in 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, following item pickup and verification.
  • Prepaid orders : Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders : Refunded to UPI or bank account provided by you.

Non Returnable Items:

  • Personalized Jewelry 
  • Clearance sale/Gift Cards (Will be mentioned in Product page)

 

Exchange:

When will i receive my exchanged items?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You can raise exchange request at supportservice@tanira.co.in within 8 days of the delivery of the order

Provide necessary details:
-Exchange reason.
-Upload a minimum of two images.
-Specify the pickup address and date.
-Choose whether you want an exchange for the same item or for a different size/color.

IF,

Damaged Item Received 
It will be exchanged with same item. 

Wrong Item Received
It will be exchanged with same item. 

If Size Issue
It will be exchanged with same variant item.
