SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are offering Free Shipping on total order amount of and above ₹599 to all our patrons based in India. So you can place as many orders as you’d want in a day.

Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days within India.

How do i track my order?

If you're a logged in user, you will see all orders placed by you in the orders section.

Also, you will get a notification email within 24 hours of shipping the product.

Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed from our operational center in Pune, India. We may process a few orders from our store in Mumbai as well. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout. 

Who will be your order delivery partner?

Within India, we ship through recognized courier companies such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code and a landmark nearby.

This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of
delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Operational shipping days

Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries. However, if you need to get an order delivered on a specific day, please reach out to our helpline, and we will try to accommodate this request. However, since we use 3rd party logistics providers, we cannot provide any commitment on such requests.
